With Managed IT that have hardware included (HaaS) Microwize replaces equipment every 60 months. Any item under the HaaS plan will be swapped out for a brand-new machine every 60 months at no additional cost, items like servers, workstations/desktops, laptops, and firewalls. Items NOT included: monitors, printers, switches, copy machines, etc.

While the cloud is wonderful, for practices with five or more computers, you will need a “Micro-Server” which will act as a domain controller, file server, and print server.
